Good Hard Day of Working Out.

I started the day with a pretty good 20 minute EMOM of deadlift and box jumps.
5 reps at 275 on the even minutes
5 reps of 30" box
I did sets of 3 and 4 for last few sets of deadlift. My form started breaking down.

I did the noon class right after that and we did 6 sets of 3 reps of 1&1/4 back squats.
I worked up to 185 pounds.

Wod was 21-15-9-21 of
Calorie Row
Hand-release push-ups
Wall ball shots (20)

At 5:30 Snookie and I did a team WOD that I can't talk about.
