3 rep max Shoulder Press

I'm We found our 3 rep max shoulder press today and it was a whopping 155. Work to do

3 rounds with 5 minute rest between rounds
6 cluster (115)
12 chest to bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
12 pull-ups 
6 front squats

Unbroken but thrusters were slow as always.
