Koda HYROX workout

Split Squat complex 

25 pound DB for 8 reps with 8 second hold right into 20 lbs DB right into 15 lb DB.  Each leg

500 time trial on Bike

5 X 500 meter Bike at 20 seconds above your 250 time trail pace. rest 2 minutes between each set.


Been eating good.  No sugar
